The General Membership meeting of the Missukee Trail Blazers was held Monday, June 28, 2010 in the EMS Building in Lake City, MI and called to order at 7:05 PM by President Bill Voelker. Treasurer Lorie Kittle, Trustee Butch Wagner, Secretary Glennice Perrigo were present. Vice-President Teresa LaFond, Trustees Ron Loveland and Dean Sloat absent. Seven members were also present.

The minutes of the May 24, 2010 General Membership meeting were passed out to each club member. A motion was made by Roger Freed supported by Jim Leeuw to accept the minutes of the May 24, 2010 General Membership meeting. Motion passed.

Treasurer Lorie Kittle presented the treasurers' report showing a balance of $24,450.76 (restricted $4,046.77 and unrestricted $19,281.79). A motion was made by Jim Leeuw supported by Tom Machuga to accept the treasurers' report as presented Motion passed.

Discussed the following:
Need a volunteer to drive the tractor in the 4th of July parade – John Schneider volunteered. Bob York turned in his key to the donations boxes. Bill Voelker will check with Bob York to find out who made the donation boxes and how many. Roger Freed reported that it will cost approximately $250.00 for a sign for the drag and that the club needs to come up with a design. The new drag will be moved to Bill's store to be picked up for repair. The clothing merchandise has been restocked.

The Community picnic is scheduled for July 17, 2010. A sign-up sheet was passed around for volunteers. A motion was made by Jim Leeuw supported by John Knapp to donate two items for the picnic. Motion passed. Adopt-A-Highway clean-up is scheduled for July 11, 2010. A sign-up sheet was passed around for volunteers. Meet at Harold and Teresa LaFond's at 9:00 am. A motion was made by Randy Kittle supported by Jim Leeuw for the club to pay for donuts for the Adopt-A-Highway clean-up crew. Motion passed.

The 50/50 raffle was won by Tom Machuga.

A motion was made by Roger Freed supported by Jim Leeuw to adjourn. Motion passed and meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
