Missaukee Trail Blazers - Membership

    Joining the Missaukee Trail Blazers is Easy!  You can either visit one of our meetings and sign up in person or download a membership form from this web page, fill it out, enclose your dues and mail it in.  What could be simpler?

     The downloadable form will allow you to fill in the blanks and print the form with the information you just typed in.  This is the preferred method as it makes the information easier to read.
